Sump Pump Battery Backup Rebate Program

As more and more families are renovating and finishing their basements the risk of a loss due to sewer and sump back up becomes greater and more expensive.

In an effort to reduce the risk we have created a Rebate Program which will pay Policy Holders $100.00 towards the purchase of a sump pump battery backup system.  Bring in the proof of purchase clearly listing the item and a refund cheque will be sent to you in the mail.

Only purchases made since January 1, 2006 will apply to the program, the program runs until December 31, 2008.

Fire Extinguisher Refill Program

Yarmouth Mutual was originally established in 1881 to protect Policy Holders against losses due to fire.  In an effort to aide our insured's against such a devastating lose we have created the Fire Extinguisher Refill Program.

If an extinguisher owned by a insured is used in putting out a fire just bring it into our office and we have have it refilled and inspected for free.

We also have a selection of fire extinguishers, smoke and / or carbon monoxide detectors which can be purchased at cost from our office.  (Price List)

Farm Equipment Reflective Tape

As a Farm Mutual we believe in helping to protect the very Policy Holders that created our Company.

At our office we have in stock a selection of Reflective Tapes for use in marking all types of farm equipment so that they be can be more visible on the roads at night.

Mutual Protect Property Engraving Program

In co-operation with the Ontario Mutual Insurance Association and the Ontario Provincial Police a program was created to provide free of charge to our Policy Holders engraving equipment so that they might mark their valuables (TV, Computers, Stereo Equip.) so that if they were stolen the might be identified easier and returned should they be found.

Just drop into our office and we'll be happy to loan you an engraver and then provide our Mutual Protect sticker which are displayed in a door way or window to show that your property is protected.
